Privacy Notice

In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (hereinafter "The Law") and its regulations, Viajes Mundomex, S.A. de C.V., as well as its affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter "Viajes Mundomex"), a corporation with variable capital incorporated under Mexican law, with its main domicile located at Cicero 737 Mezzanine No. 1, Colonia Chapultepec Morales, 11570, Mexico City, collects and treats your Personal Data in accordance with Mexican law.

This Privacy Notice applies to all Personal Data of individuals, collected by Viajes Mundomex, including those received through electronic, written or verbal means. The data to be collected are, (i) Name; (ii) Date of Birth; (iii) Gender; (iii) Address; (iv) Email; (v) Telephone; (vi) Passport and Official Identification Number; (vii) U.S. Visa Number; (viii) Federal Taxpayer Registry Number; (ix) Tax Address (hereinafter "Personal Data").

The purposes of collecting Personal Data by Viajes Mundomex are (i) to answer doubts, complaints and suggestions, as well as to carry out any procedure related to any reservation made; (ii) to send quotations on travel products and services; (iii) sending information regarding our products and travel services, as well as notification of advertising campaigns, promotions and information related to the products that can be purchased through Viajes Mundomex; (iv) generating statistics; (v) responding or complying with applicable legislation as well as requests made by federal and local authorities.

Viajes Mundomex will use the Personal Data only in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which they were collected. It will also take the necessary measures to ensure that the Personal Data is relevant to the intended purposes, accurate, complete and up to date.

Viajes Mundomex will implement justifiable policies and procedures to protect against loss, misuse, transmission, alteration and destruction that the Personal Data in its possession may suffer. Viajes Mundomex is committed to implementing appropriate technical, physical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data against: accidental or unauthorized destruction, alteration or transmission; accidental loss; unauthorized access; misuse, unlawful processing or damage. These measures include equipment, application and information security; access security and the correct processing of Personal Data.

You or your legal representatives will have the right to Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition contemplated in the Law. The exercise of any of these does not mean a prerequisite or preclude the exercise of another. You will have the right to access your Personal Data in possession of Viajes Mundomex, to rectify information if it is incorrect or incomplete or to cancel your Personal Data.

You or your legal representative may at any time request to Viajes Mundomex the access, rectification, cancellation or opposition of your Personal Data and such request will have to be addressed to the Privacy Officer at the e-mail address set forth in the contact information. The request for access, rectification, cancellation or objection must include the following information:

(A) Your name and address or other means of notifying you of the response to your request;
(B) Documents that prove your identity or, if applicable, that of your legal representative;
(C) A clear and precise description of the Personal Data with which you seek to exercise any of the rights described above.
(D) Any other document or element that makes it easier to find your Personal Data.

If you wish to rectify your Personal Data, you must indicate, in addition to the above requirements, the changes to be made and provide the documents supporting such request. The obligation to provide you with access to information will be fulfilled when your Personal Data is at your disposal or by issuing uncertified copies or electronic documents of your Personal Data.

Viajes Mundomex may deny access to your Personal Data or refuse rectification, cancellation and objection related to the same in the following cases:

I. When the applicant is not the subject of the Personal Data or the legal representative is not duly accredited for such purposes;
II. When the applicant's Personal Data is not in the Viajes Mundomex database; III. When the rights of a third party are negatively affected;
IV. When there is a legal impediment or as a result of the decision of a competent authority to restrict access to the Personal Data or not to allow the rectification, cancellation or objection in relation to the same, and
V. When the rectification, erasure or objection has been previously made. The refusal may be partial, in which case Viajes Mundomex will carry out the access, rectification, cancellation or objection requested by you.

The action of providing you with the Personal Data will be free of charge and you will only have to pay the justified costs for sending, copying or providing the data in other formats. You may exercise this right free of charge, subject to proof of your identity to Viajes Mundomex as the holder of the Personal Data. However, in the event that you make the request again within a period of 12 months, the costs will not be more than three days of the Minimum Wage in force in Mexico City, unless there are material changes in the applicable laws.

You may limit the use of your Personal Data by sending a request to Viajes Mundomex Privacy Officer at the email address set forth in the contact information. Your request to limit your Personal Data must include all the requirements mentioned for requesting access, rectification, cancellation or objection of your Personal Data.

This Privacy Notice may be amended from time to time, in accordance with the requirements of Mexican law. Such modifications will be sent to you via email or posted on the Viajes Mundomex website, which is located at www.mundomex.com.mx.
