IDENTITY AND DOMICILE
Viajes Mundomex, S.A. de C.V., as well as its affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter "Viajes Mundomex"), with main address located at Cicerón 737 Mezzanine No. 1, Colonia Chapultepec Morales, C.P. 11570, Alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City. It acts as Responsible and Responsible for the processing of your personal data.
It is Responsible for the personal data we receive directly from the Owners (individuals), for personal purposes related to the services provided by Viajes Mundomex.
Responsible for the processing of personal data, which are provided by its Business Customers (Responsible), to whom Viajes Mundomex provides its services, through an agreement or contract.
PERSONAL DATA
To carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, we will use the following Personal Data:
Identification and contact data: full name, sex (gender), date of birth, address, telephone and email.
Employment data: related to the position you hold
Financial Data: credit / debit card data
Personal transit data: passport and U.S. visa data
In addition to the personal data mentioned above, we will use the following personal data considered as sensitive, requiring special protection:
Sensitive data: diseases you suffer from, allergies and medications you take at the time of using our services or limitations you may have; the above in order to preserve your health and provide you with an adequate service.
PURPOSES
The personal data obtained, we use them for the following purposes.
Primary purposes:
- Consultation and sending of information regarding our products and services.
- Sending quotes on products and services that meet your needs.
- Hiring of the product or service, as well as the necessary elements for its achievement.
- For the reservation and purchase of the contracted services and products.
- To manage all the necessary activities of the contracted service or product.
- To respond or comply with applicable legislation, as well as requests made by federal and local authorities.
Purposes of sensitive personal data
Derived from the product or service requested, in some cases it will be necessary to collect sensitive personal data, in order to preserve your safety and provide a better service appropriate to your needs.
Secondary purposes
In addition, we will use your personal information for the following purposes that are not necessary for the contracting of the product or service requested, but that allow and facilitate us to provide you with a better service:
- Sending promotions, advertising, and/or commercial prospecting to offer you products or services related to Viajes Mundomex.
- For statistical purposes to improve customer service processes.
REFUSAL TO THE TREATMENT FOR SECONDARY PURPOSES
In case you do not want your personal data to be used for secondary purposes; from this moment you can communicate the above to pdp@mundomex.com.mx indicating the following:
I do not consent to my personal data being used for the following secondary purpose(s), indicating the purpose for which you refuse the processing of your personal data.
Your refusal to the processing of your personal data for secondary purposes will not be a reason to stop providing you with our products or services.
TRANSFERS
We inform you that your personal data are shared inside and outside the country with service providers, for the management of your reservations or purchase requests. Such suppliers may be airlines, hotels, restaurants, tourism companies that provide services at destination, car rental companies, travel assistance service providers, wholesale operators and other suppliers of products and services necessary to provide the service you require.
For these transfers it is not necessary to give us your consent, because they are necessary under the contract concluded or to be concluded in the interest of you and Mundomex, for compliance with the provision of our services; the above is part of the exceptions of Article 37 of the LFPDPPP for obtaining consent in case of transfers.
ARCO RIGHTS
In order to exercise any of the ARCO rights, you or your legal representative must request the following documents to pdp@mundomex.com.mx, which will support you in submitting your request:
- Guide for the exercise of ARCO Rights and Revocation of Consent.
- Application for ARCO Rights and RC
Subsequently, you must send your "Request for ARCO and CR Rights" duly completed and accompanied with the documentation that proves your identity to the following e-mail: pdp@mundomex.com.mx
We will attend your request and we will give you an answer according to the deadlines determined by the Law.
To exercise your ARCO Rights in cases where your personal data were provided to Mundomex by a Commercial Client to provide our services, you will have to do it directly with them, through the means referred to in their respective Privacy Notice.

REVOCATION OF CONSENT
At any time, you may revoke the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data in order for us to stop using them. However, it is important to note that not in all cases we will be able to meet your request or terminate the use immediately, since it is possible that for some legal or contractual obligation we may need to continue processing your personal data. Also, you should consider that, for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will mean that we can no longer provide the service you requested, or the conclusion of your relationship with us.
In case of revocation of consent you must follow the same procedure for ARCO Rights. We will analyze your case and send you a response to your request according to our established procedure.
LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
If you wish to limit the use or disclosure of the personal data you have given us for advertising, marketing, and/or commercial prospecting purposes, please send us an email to pdp@mundomex.com.mx or if you wish, you can automatically unsubscribe from our emails that will be sent to you.
We commit ourselves to include your information in our Exclusion List in order to suspend any activity related to the offering of services, advertising, marketing, or commercial prospecting, which could result in acts of annoyance regarding the use of your information.
We inform you that there are other mechanisms to limit the use and disclosure of your personal information, such as the Public Registry to Avoid Publicity (REPEP) of the PROFECO, or the Public Registry of Users (REUS) of the CONDUSEF. For more information and to proceed with your registration you can do it from the web pages of the mentioned agencies.
USE OF TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES ON OUR WEB SITE
We inform you that on our website we use Analytical Cookies (for monitoring and statistical analysis of the behavior of all users), Advertising and Behavioral Cookies (for the management of advertising space and website content according to the specific user profile), Web beacons and similar tracking devices through which it is possible to monitor your behavior as an Internet user, to provide better service and user experience when browsing our website, as well as offer new products and services based on your preferences.
