Wine and Cheese Route in Tequisquiapan...

With Commercial Partners and Directors of HDI Seguros we had this great experience just 2 hours from Mexico City where we were literally left with a great taste in our mouths.

We started by visiting one of the cheese farms, and I was very pleased that they are very accustomed to receive people constantly and among the same employees are taking turns to serve all the people and something more outstanding was the dedication and care they have for the production of cheese, where we finally enjoyed a taste of each of its varieties.

Afterwards we visited the Peña de Bernal, the third largest monolith in the world by the way and the most pleasant thing is the tour that you can hire with the local guides who not only offer you the typical tour of the Peña but also take you to the surrounding area to learn about the culture of this magical town.

Later we visited the Finca Sala Vivé Freixenet in Mexico, where they have everything very well put together and show you their vineyards and then they take you down 25 meters to know their cellar, in addition to the manufacture and bottling of their wines.

In this highly recommended experience I had the opportunity to meet an excellent Sommelier (Bibiana Sanchez) who being a very young person, shows her knowledge and passion that you must have for the explanation and later tasting of each of their wines.

And you can not miss the terrace of the Hotel Real de Peña, where in addition to an excellent view, you can also enjoy a delicious meal.

You have to live the best moments...!
